Spring break brightens spirits

Midway through spring semester, many students leave the harsh winter weather of Ohio to venture to a warmer climate. Coming back to campus with a tan while snow continues to fall, they anticipate the end of the year and sunshine of summer.

Spring break is here, and more than anything else, students look forward to a week-long break from schoolwork and classes.

The following are my personal picks of who/what I think will win at Sunday's Oscars. The nominees are under their respective categories, and winners are marked with an asterisk. Again, these are not who I think should win, but will win.
